He coordinates manual playtesting and human testers, gathers their feedback and turns issues into clear, reproducible reports the team can act on. His background in product, projects and support helps connect the player experience with development needs. He reports to Héctor, CQO, and works with design and QA to verify fixes and improve the game’s quality.
